At Armivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in specialized machinery and engines, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all returns and refunds. All returns are processed at our facility in Melbourne, Florida.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on electrical components, gaskets, seals, or items that show signs of having been installed or used on a machine.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process & RMA

Before shipping any item back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once approved, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

  3. Warning: Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Due to the specialized nature of our inventory (engines and machinery), all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Freight: For heavy items requiring freight, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Freight Damage: Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment immediately. If an engine or machine arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and refuse the shipment. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.

  • Manufacturer Defects: If an item is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
