Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, as well as specialized freight for heavy machinery.

3. Shipping Methods
We utilize Ground, Express, and Freight shipping.[1][2][3] For high-value items like engines, we use crated freight services with lift-gate delivery options to ensure the safety of your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If an item (especially machinery) arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier to open a claim and notify us so we can assist.
